Facebook has launched a new feature that lets musicians share their music on the popular social networking website with their followers.

The company has unveiled their “Listen” button that lets members listen to music on an artists page.

This new button will connect users to their preferred streaming service, like Deezer, Napster and Spotify.

Slash, Linkin Park and teen heartthrob Justin Bieber have already added the new button to their profiles.

This comes as a huge boost to the social network giant as this would enable their subscribers to just stick to Facebook and be awarded with music from their Idols. Unlike before where you have to go to a new site just to do this, this would make lives easier for music lovers.

Communications manager for Facebook Iain McKenzie said, “Making music social again seems to have really struck a nerve with people. Services like Spotify and Deezer are great on their ow, but when you integrate them with Facebook and add the ability to listen with friends and share tracks, it takes the enjoyment to a whole new level.”

Here’s a new reason why people will be more addicted to Facebook. Cheers to Mark Zuckerberg and his team.
