The LG ThinQ, it offers a “premium” audio experience using the Meridian Audio’s advanced high-performance audio technology. The aforesaid technology is expected to deliver a more natural and warm sound.
Aside from offering music, LG ThinkQ can function to manipulate smart home devices using Google Assistant as well as a voice app developed by LG. The said voice app also controls LG home appliances like washers, dryers, refrigerators, among others.
However, LG did not yet disclose the price of the LG ThinQ. What we know so far is that its price is comparable with other leading smart speakers in the market.
“Sound technology has come a long way since LG introduced the first radio to Korean consumers almost 60 years ago,” said Seo Young-jae, head of the convergence audio and video business division of LG’s Home Entertainment Company.
