Google’s Pixel C: What you need to know?

Unknown to many, Google’s Pixel C Android tablet is actually a product of the company’s experimental approach. The company’s Android-powered tablet supposedly will show that it could run using the early age of Google hardware.

Well, regarding tablet features, Google’s tablet sports a split screen which is intended for multi-tasking. Such feature can also be found in several modern tablets. However, it does not work well with Pixel C because some Android apps displayed poorly on tablet-sized screens.

With this, Google has issued a statement, explaining to the public why the company decided to retire the android-powered tablet.

“As is common when a device has been out for a few years, we’re now retiring Pixel C and it is no longer available for sale. However, we are committed to updating and supporting it, including the recent update to Android 8.0, so customers can continue to get the best out of their device,” Google said in a statement.

The search giant added that its recently launched Google Pixelbook offers the best parts of a laptop and a tablet, respectively.
