Online Banking and Sending Money

Many people are working abroad and around the world. That’s why it’s important to be able to send money without going through so much hassle. People send money to their loved ones and family for their needs. Online banking is one of the ways wherein we can send money easily. But there is an easier way for iPhone users: the Apple Pay Cash.

Online banking is convenient because it lets you transfer funds from your bank account to another using only the internet. The downside of online banking is that sometimes there are some transactions that you should wait for days before the money is transferred to another account.

There are also fees and those fees are higher if both accounts are not from the same bank.

But then, this is where apps like Apple Pay Cash comes in.

Apple Pay Cash lets iPhone users send money through their mobile phones. But this is only limited to Apple users (Sorry Android users). The sender and the receiver should both be iPhone users and have the latest iOS update which is iOS 11.2. You can send payments using your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch.

How to Use Apple Pay Cash

Now, many of you might be wondering how to use this new feature?

  1. You must have the latest iOS version (iOS 11.2).
  2. Go to your Messages App and you can find the Apple Store icon next to the box where you type your messages.
  3. Tap it then tap the Apple Pay icon which color black.
  4. Set up your Apple Pay account by verifying your identity.
  5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and you’re done.

It’s free to send money only if you use a debit card. Also, Apple is partnered with Green Dot Bank to provide Apple Pay.

Since this is only limited to iPhone users, Android peeps should just find another way to send money through an app. I suggest Facebook Messenger Money App which can be found in this link: https://technewsgadget.net/2017/12/facebook-messenger-can-now-send-money/
