Siri curses at 12-year old kid

Apple’s virtual assisstant Siri has taken flack in England.

Known for answering even mundane questions raised by its owners and those individuals who have nothing better to do with their spare time, did Siri finally lost her temper with all the questions being raised to her?

Twelve year old Charlie Le Quesne tried a demo iPhone 4S in one Tesco brand in UK, and to her surprise, the once kind assisstant let the little girl have it (Siri has a male voice in UK).

The Sun reported the incident and according to them Charlie asked Siri, “how many people are there in the world?” Siri then answered Charlie, “shut the f*** up, you ugly t***.”

The report also added that Kim Le Quesne, Charlie’s mom, said “I thought I must be hearing things. So we asked again and the same four-letter stuff blared out.”

In defense, a Tesco staff said that somebody entered this offensive phrase as the user’s name in the set-up instructions.

The Sun also added that Tesco is currently doing an investigation and has sent the iPhone back to Apple for further diagnosis.
