Micro-blogging service Twitter wants you to get organized so they’re experimenting with a new feature that’ll do exactly just that.
“The idea is to allow people to curate lists of Twitter accounts,” project lead Nick Kallen wrote in a blog post Wednesday evening.
“For example, you could create a list of the funniest Twitter accounts of all time, athletes, local businesses, friends, or any compilation that makes sense.”
According to Kallen, “lists” concept as of the moment is only available to a “small subset of users” but will soon be open to all after “it’s put through the paces”.
The lists starts out as viewable by the public but can be set to be private. Users can subscribe to different customized lists that are of interest to them.
