If you want your wedding day to be remembered by your family, friends, guests and er…millions of people across the globe, take a hint from this Minnesota couple whose wedding video racked up 8 million views on YouTube as of this writing.
The dance sequence opening the wedding ceremony of Kevin Heinz and Jill Peterson in St. Paul Minnesota went up just less than a week ago but already has 8,003,209 views (and still counting), around forty-one thousand ratings and forty thousand comments.
The five-minute video is starred by their dancing ushers, bridesmaids, groomsmen and the bride and groom! The song “Forever” by Chris Brown was played and the whole entourage danced their way down the aisle, surprising every guest gathered in the church. The groom even performed a somersault on his way to the altar!
The couple, interviewed by NBC’s Today Show, revealed that their parents were the only guests that were in on the idea.
The new bride said she has always “loved dance as a way to express yourself and share joy” and it was something she had always thought of doing.
What did the groom have to say? “I’m just glad I didn’t hurt myself,” Heinz said of his somersault.
Have I made you curious enough?
