Amazon is finally making its e-commerce easier for international shoppers.

Although the retail giant has already been offering international shipping, it’s not readily available to a lot of users. And the process wasn’t easy, having to go through the Amazon U.S. website and scroll through tons of listings.

However, with the new feature announced this week, international shoppers would have an easier time shopping through the app. The feature now displays pricing, shipping costs and import duty estimates. Amazon would also be managing the courier services and customs clearance.

“We are always innovating on behalf of our customers, and with today’s launch, we are making the shopping experience on mobile devices even better and more convenient for our customers who live outside the U.S.,” Samir Kumar, VP of Amazon Exports and Expansion, said in the statement. “Customers have been asking for a way to easily find and shop only for products available to be shipped to them.”

In its statement, Amazon didn’t specify the exact number of countries that they are now able to ship to. They did however, say that they can ship to “over a hundred countries.”

The international service now supports five languages — English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Users would also be able to purchase with 25 different currencies.

Unfortunately, none of these countries will be able to get the benefit of Amazon Prime and free video and music streaming. However, it is a good start for the company in reaching out to an even broader audience.
