Accessing and using your Google Talk account may have been an agonizing experience for you last Thursday, as reports have surfaced that some accounts experienced this dilemma.
Tasks such as sending messages and problem in accessing their contact list or having both problems bug your account are the usual complaints made by Google Talk users.
Android users were not excused from the problem since some voiced their concerns, with a number of Android owners saying that they experience syncing issues and problem with push support. Google knows that there are currently issues with regards to Google Talk and their Android. The company is trying to find a solution to the problem.
But as of this writing, no fix has yet been found. During the period were Google Talk members are having trouble using their accounts, the company posted an update in their Apps Status Dashboard which explains why they are having difficulty using them.
It read: “We’re aware of a problem with Google Talk affecting a majority of users. The affected users are able to access Google Talk, but are seeing error messages and/or other unexpected behavior. We will provide an update by 7/26/12 [06:50] PM (ET) detailing when we expect toresolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.”
