AT&T is teaming up with Chinese mobile phone maker ZTE to give their clients an entry level Android smartphone. The best part about it is that it’s Prepaid.

The AT&T avail is an entry level Android smartphone that features a 3.5 inch display, supports 3G network, runs on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and has a 5 megapixel camera  to capture those memorable moments.

It’s not the best looking smartphone out there, nor does it feel good on your hand. It weighs 4.48 ounces and is 4.57 inches tall and 2.46 inches wide.

It has a micros-USB port on the side and has a 3.5mm headphone jack. It can support up to 32GB of memory through a microsSD slot.

It is powered by Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. It comes with Google Books, Gmail, search, Latitude, Maps with Navigation, Places, Play Store, YouTube and Talk.

Data support can be requested to AT&T with an additional $25 per month for 500MB. Unlimited call and text will charge you 50% per month.

The AT&T Avail is retailed at $119. The best part about it is that it’s prepaid. So purchasing the Avail comes with no commitment for the buyer.

If you’re looking for an extra smartphone that does its job fairly well, then you can opt to purchase the AT&T Avail.

Just don’t expect much from it.
