Also, Samsung plans to expand the repair program all throughout 2018. Samsung added that Samsung Galaxy owners could make a scheduled appointment. The appointment could be set at any uBreakiFix location. They could also  visit the service center and have their phones repaired.

The company has assured all the Galaxy owners that uBreakiFix repair centers would use Samsung genuine parts. This also include the use of Samsung proprietary tools, and repair technicians that are Samsung certified pros.

“At Samsung, our goal is to provide Samsung Galaxy owners with a customer first care experience that is as innovative as our products,” Michael Lawder, Senior Vice President of Customer Care at Samsung Electronics America said in a statement.

“This announcement marks a fundamental shift in our care offerings to consumers and underscores our commitment to provide Samsung customers with support anywhere, anytime our customers need it,” Lawder added.

Moreover, Samsung pointed out that the company’s Samsung Care locations would also provide battery replacements, camera repairs, as well as  in and out-of-warranty support services to other Galaxy devices.
