Nintendo Switch will give a big break for video games made in India

Sources told that Nintendo employees were checking and evaluating games made from Indian studios for a potential release. This was confirmed by a Facebook post from Bengaluru-based Holy Cow Productions that was visited by Nintendo. Their staff were in the city to take part in the Indian Gaming Show.

Yacht Club Games, an indie developer and the creator of the Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove admired Nintendo for giving support for independent developers. With the help of enough promotions and advertising, expect that Nintendo has an eye for you.

This move is a big step to help small time and independent developers to gain profit considering that the competition between Android and iOS is very intense. But the good news is game studios are looking for other source of revenues such as e-sports.

To our surprise, Nintendo Switch is not yet officially available in India but it has been selling across the country, may it be online or offline.

A buyer said that there are more customers who are looking for the Nintendo Switch than they do for the PS4 or Xbox One.

Nintendo is giving a lot of people, especially the developers, the opportunity to showcase their talents. And also us, the consumers, the access and experience not only to all games from the US but also from around the world.

The Nintendo Switch is one of the better efforts from the House of Mario, with a strong line-up in their 2nd year. The possibility of them making video games from India may strengthen and may give them the title of being the most developer-friendly console there is.

If you’re a big fan of Nintendo, then stay tune for the newest updates regarding this big news.
