Perhaps this is the last hurrah for the HP Touchpad? As you can remember, these tablets were pulled after just two and a half months on the market. Now you will have a chance to get one for yourself before they will be unavailable.

The Palo Alto-based company will be selling the 16GB tablets at $99 and 32GB at $149 through eBay and for one day only.  These units however, are refurbished, not brand new. These units will also come with a 90-day warranty, unlike the 1-year warranty that new models have.

HP’s first customers will be their internal employees when sale starts at 6 p.m. CST on Sunday, December 11 on the HP eBay store. The general public is then notified of the sale a little later. Interested buyers will have to take note that  only two SKUs per ebay member are allowed and PayPal must be used to complete the transaction.

Anotherr offering from HP include an an accessory bundle for $79 that includes a wireless keyboard, TouchStone charging dock and case.

HP has not announced how many of these discontinued units will go on sale so if you’re interested in getting some, you’d have to be glued on eBay on Sunday.
