Gearing up for holiday shopping? Apparently, Apple is too.
Anticipating a huge number of people purchasing their stuff (who isn’t expecting a new iPod under a tree?) online and being in the spirit of giving, Apple is offering free shipping for all of their products for a period of time.
Between today, November 30, until December 23, customers will not be paying the usual extra charge for standard shipping of products below $50. Two-day and next-day shipping however, can still be availed at the usual prices.
The free-shipping offer is available in all the countries where the Apple Online Store is available. Date on which the offer will expire as well as minimum price for purchased products however, vary from country to country.
