Pentax new lenses

Two new lenses by PentaxPentax may not be as popular as Canon and Nikon when it comes to DSLR cameras and lenses, but the company is trying everything they can to eat up some market share of the two leading companies.

Pentax just released their most latest contraptions: the Pentax-DA 18-270mm F3.5-6.3 ED SDM that has an effective focal length of 27.5-41mm on a Pentax DSLR and the HD Pentax-DA 560mm F/5.6 ED AW telephoto lens.

Designed for those who love to travel, the Pentax-DA 18-270mm is great for those trips. You need not carry around sets of lenses for all those shots. The Pentax-DA 18-270mm is the do-it-all lens for you.

This lens incorporates two extra-low dispersion elements for enhanced detail resolution and at the same time, its round diaphragm blades can produce excellent and smoother bokeh effect.

The HD Pentax-DA 560mm F/5.6 ED AW telephoto lens, meanwhile, is being dubbed by Pentax as the best lens in its bracket. With two ED optical elements, this enables the lens to produce sharper and better defined images compared to others.

This telephoto lens perfectly complements Pentax’s weather proof camera lines as this telephoto lens is weather resistant construction with 29 seals.
